(a) You may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details and credit/debit card or PayPal details. In accordance with clause 7.2, we do not store your credit/debit card and/or PayPal details.

3 Crime prevention

3.1 In order to protect our customers and us from fraud and theft, we may pass on information that we obtain from making identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account, to other companies within our group and to financial and other organisations involved in fraud prevention and detection, to use in the same way. Without limitation to the foregoing, we may disclose any information and data relating to you to the police or any regulatory or government authority in response to any request including requests in connection with the investigation of any suspected illegal activities.

4 How can I get my name removed from the The Superior Vape mailing list(s)?

4.1 If you have opted in or otherwise qualify to form part of our mailing list, and no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving such communications by following the instructions that are included in each communication. 10 Anti-spam policy

What is spam?

Measures to prevent spam

10.2 We take the following measures to prevent spam:

(a) mailing list subscribers must specifically opt-in to our emails to receive them. The nature of the emails people will be sent is fully disclosed, both on the page the subscription is made from and with a prominent link to this Policy;
(b) we do not use bought-in lists, rented lists or lists that use appended email addresses;
(c) we do not use email addresses that are scraped or copied and pasted from the web, or harvested in any way;

11 Mailing practices
